TYDL Refund & Returns Policy

TYDL Pty Ltd (“TYDL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights regarding products purchased from our website www.tydl.co.za in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most products within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You have proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

  • The product is returned within the allowed period.

Note: Due to the nature of our products (natural supplements), we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective or incorrect.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products not in their original packaging.

  • Products returned after 7 days (unless defective).

  • Sale items or items marked as “final sale”.


3. Returns Due to Defects or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Arrange for a replacement at no cost.

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Offer a store credit for future purchases if preferred.

Returned products are inspected before refunds or replacements are processed. Misuse or damage after delivery may result in refusal of the return.


4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@tydl.co.za within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, contact details, and reason for return.

  3. Wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.

Important: Returns sent without contacting us first may not be processed.


5. Refund Process

  • Once received and inspected, we will approve or reject your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Bank or payment provider processing times may cause additional delays.


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage), we cover return shipping.

  • If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you pay the return shipping costs.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for the same product if it is returned unopened and in saleable condition. If the requested product is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider.
